| Are your products made in the USA? YES! I personally make everything on my website in my home sewing studio in South Whitley, Indiana. Do you accept international orders? No, unfortunately I've had bad experience with this. I only accept domestic orders. Do you accept credit cards? Yes, all credit card transactions are securely processed through PayPal. You may use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or even bank transfer through PayPal. Click this link (http://www.paypal.com) for more information. Personal information is NEVER sold or shared. Credit card information is handled by PayPal only-- I never see your financial information. Read my full privacy policy here. How long will it take to receive my order? All items (even custom orders) are usually shipped within 3 days of payment, with the exception of the Photo Purses. (Photo Purses usually ship within 3 weeks of payment.) I ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail, which has a 2-3 day delivery time. (EXCEPTION: Orders paid by personal check will be held the standard 10 business days, for the check to clear, before shipment.) Please note: delivery may be slightly delayed during the holiday rush. Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes, I will send you an order confirmation-- and after your item is shipped, you will receive an email with a Delivery Confirmation number so that you can track your package online through the USPS. Can I pick up my order to save shipping costs? Yes, local customers have several options. Please email me BEFORE you place your order to make special arrangements. How much is shipping? Domestic Shipping Rates including Delivery Confirmation: $ 0.00--$ 29.95........$ 4.95 $ 30.00--$ 54.95.......$ 6.95 $ 55.00--$ 74.95.......$ 9.95 $ 75.00--$ 99.95......$12.95 $ 100 and up............$15.95 Do you have gift certificates? <<Yes, I have just added that feature to my website. There is a PayPal link on each page you may use to purchase gift certificates from $5.00 - $100.00 Can I send an order to someone else? Yes, you may enter the recipient's address when you check out. (Or email Laurie to work out details.) How should my purse be cleaned? Use a damp cloth to spot clean your purse when necessary. Your bag may also be dry cleaned. (Although all materials are machine washable, I do not recommend washing in a standard washing machine-- which may compromise the structure of the purse due to the unique interfacing used in the purse construction.) I strongly recommend spraying your purse with Scotchgard prior to use for protection from stains. All purses may be ironed carefully if needed with a medium to hot iron. Do you accept custom orders?
